The marine side of our business includes numerous materials and fabrication processes. Anything from marine windscreens, bait tanks, hatch covers, battery boxes, swim steps and cabinets.

Marine Windscreens

Marine windscreens can come in a variety of colors & sizes. Our oven is large enough to accommodate a 6’ x 10’ sheet of acrylic allowing us to duplicate some of the largest windscreens. Anything from a standard “wrap around” to a Fly-Bridge windscreen can be duplicated here. In some cases, when there are no marine windscreens available to duplicate, we can work off of a cardboard template or a drawing. If you’re looking for a modified version of an original windscreen we can change the height to your specific needs.

Bait Tanks

Bait tanks can be constructed from numerous materials; High Density Polyethylene, (Starboard) and polypropylene are the two recommended materials. If site windows are essential, acrylic or polycarbonate would make a good option. Adding a sink, cutting board or a storage area to your new or existing bait tanks can utilize valuable space.

Marine Battery Boxes

Battery boxes are very useful in a marine application. The material most commonly used for marine battery boxes is polypropylene which is highly corrosive resistant to battery acids.

The most typical process used in joining the materials for bait tanks and marine battery boxes is hot air (thermal) welding. This provides a durable more permanent seamed edge.
