Custom Displays and Prototypes
Our main service starts with developing a comfortable feeling for our customers; that we are able to handle the scope of work they are looking for. We always look forward to potential opportunities with new customers, and we start by giving our undivided attention to their needs. We want them to feel confident in our abilities from the start.
After a potential project has been discussed and understood, we can offer many services to take it to the next level. We can produce computer animated images of how your custom displays could look. We can also offer functional display prototypes built for “hands on” evaluating of function, size, and look. Once we have established final approval for the custom displays to be produced, we can offer full manufacturing and shipping.
Plastic Display Fabrication
We are pleased to offer many “in house” plastic display fabrication services with our four facilities of manufacturing. We have one shop devoted to large (or multiple) runs of plastic fabrication, which offers a very clean and efficient environment for production and drape forming. The 2nd facility also has room for production, building of display prototypes, as well as machining, hot air welding and flame polishing. Our 3rd facility houses our Komo cnc machine, a large Bermaq edge finisher and 2 smaller edge finishers as well as storage and a panel saw. Our 4th facility is the main shipping area. We also have “Foam in Place” packaging to ensure safe shipments.
At times, we source out machining (especially if it comes to specialty mediums, or very large runs, when multiple machine sources are needed.) We have excellent resources and relationships with these sources to ensure quality, timeliness, and competitive pricing for our customers. When it comes to plastic fabrication, assembly and shipping we do everything “in house” to ensure quality control and efficient production times.
